The chef Michal Skuhrovec (1978) was in charge of the Prague’s Lemon Leaf restaurant for 3 years, afterwards he had left for apprenticeship in Oxford’s Randolph Hotel (5*) where he had in four years become Sous-chef de Cuisine and helped the hotel restaurant achieve two rosettes (AA Rosettes). After returning back to Prague he worked as Chef de Partie at the Monastery Restaurant (Hotel Augustine) and was a big part of the team which achived the Bib Gourmand award. From June of 2011 he works as the Chef at the Café Lounge.
