Our Chef Michal Černý with his team will prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in a way the taste is the key.
That combined with refinement, sophistication and simplicity at the same time are the most important variables.
Speciality coffees prepared either classic or alternative method, same as natural wines by enlightened winemakers are inseparable part of this equation.
The chef Michal Černý (1989) made first work stops at the Cyprus island, Hotel Intercontinental and Ristorante Prosecco. Afterwards he had left for apprenticeship and experience to London, where he had worked in the following venues, Pied à Terre (1* Michelin), L’Autre Pied (1* Michelin), Angler (1* Michelin) and The Ledbury (2* Michelin). After returning back to Prague him and his wife Zuzka opened in 2014 soon well known restaurant Story. Unfortunately after 3 years of operatian they closed it down because of their newly born daughter Dorka. Lucky for us then since we can have this young progressive chef in our team starting December 2017.
